What we are looking for
A new dedicated team member responsible for:
- Ensuring efficient communication and smooth information flow between project managers and the planning department
- Supporting the planning department and construction staff
- Planning and organization of the working hours of the construction staff, as well as general support in all areas of personnel planning
- Continuous operational support regarding construction personnel
What you bring to the table:
- You must be a “master” of communication
- You must be able to read, write and speak English, Polish and German
- You must have experience in personnel planning, and preferably also in the construction industry
- You must be independent and reliable
- You must have a category B driving licence and be willing to travel for business purposes
