What we are looking for
A new dedicated team member responsible for:
- Management and organization of warehouse locations (tools, spare parts, consumables)
- Procurement and tracking of spare parts and tools
- Maintenance and organization of service vehicles (inventory, tools)
- Documentation of tool and material movements (incoming and outgoing)
- Performing field service tasks for scheduled maintenance, standard repairs, and diagnostics
- Assisting with on-site troubleshooting
- Training and basic instruction of operating personnel in machine maintenance and operation
- Supporting and supervising staff during maintenance and repair work
- Recording service calls and maintenance activities in internal systems
What you bring to the table:
- Completed technical vocational training (e.g., mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician, or equivalent)
- Professional experience in vehicle technology, construction machinery, or agricultural machinery is desirable
- Basic knowledge of hydraulics, mechanics, and electronics
- Organizational skills and structured way of working
- Willingness to perform field service assignments (nationwide, possibly multi-day)
- Team player with confident interaction with site managers, technicians, and suppliers
- Driver’s license class B (BE or C1E is a plus)
- Good command of German or English, both written and spoken; basic knowledge of Polish
